Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1. No Return and No Refund

All book sales made through classics.nuvoicepress.com are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection or personal preference.

Exceptions may apply to damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed books, as required under applicable law.

2. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation only before the order is shipped by contacting [email protected]. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

If the Company cancels a paid order or is unable to fulfil it, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with applicable law.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Books

Customers who receive damaged, defective or incorrect books may contact [email protected], providing their order number and details of the issue. We will review the complaint and provide an appropriate remedy where required by applicable law.

Consumer complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and addressed within the applicable statutory timeline.

5. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, as applicable.
